Questions

What does "BYOK" mean?

Bring Your Own Keys. You add your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, DataForSEO, etc.) in Settings → API Keys. We use them only for your requests, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never logged. You pay the upstream provider directly — usually cheaper than our hosted Pro tier if you generate >200/day.

Are AI estimates marketed as live data?

Never. Every tool wears one of four honesty badges: 🟢 Live · 🔷 Live + AI · ✍️ Generation · 🧠 Analysis. See our Transparency page for the full classification.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Stripe Customer Portal lets you cancel from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then reverts to Free.

Do you accept crypto?

Stripe (cards + Apple/Google Pay) at launch. Crypto (Coinbase Commerce / NowPayments) on the roadmap. Annual plans paid in USDC will get a small extra discount once shipped.

What if I hit my daily limit?

Free plan caps at 5/day, Pro at 200/day. BYOK is effectively unlimited (capped only by your wallet at the upstream provider). The app shows a clear upgrade prompt — never a silent error.

Refund policy?

If you're unhappy within 14 days of upgrading, email hello@seofragments.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
