Refund Policy

We want you to be confident purchasing SEO Fragments. If the Service doesn't fit your needs, we offer a 14-day money-back guaranteeon your first paid subscription. No fine print, no “send us proof you tried hard.”

1. Who is eligible

  • First-time paid subscribers on any plan (Pro, BYOK Pro, Agency).
  • The refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of the original payment.
  • Refunds apply once per customer. Re-subscribing after a refund disqualifies later refund requests.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@seofragments.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Include “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  3. Optionally, tell us why — we read every reply and use it to improve the product (not required to get the refund).

We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

3. How the refund is delivered

  • Stripe / Paddle (credit card): refunded to the original card. Expect 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Cryptocurrency (NowPayments): refunded as USDT-TRC20 to a wallet address you provide. We use the USD value at the time of original payment to determine the refund amount in crypto.
  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: refunded to the originating account. Bank fees (if any) are deducted from the refund.

4. What is NOT refundable

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days from the original payment date.
  • Renewal payments (i.e. month 2 and beyond — only your first month or year is covered).
  • Costs you incurred against your own BYOK API keys (those bills come from the upstream provider, not us).
  • Annual plan refunds after Day 14 are pro-rated only at our discretion in cases of demonstrable Service failure on our side.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (spam, abuse, illegal content, fraud).

5. Auto-renewals & cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Settings → Billing) or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund a renewal that has already been charged.

We do notcharge for “forgotten” renewals if you stopped using the Service: if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge AND made fewer than 10 generations in the new period, we'll refund the renewal in full as a goodwill gesture. Just email us.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will almost always resolve the issue faster than your bank can. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining service period.

7. Service outages & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. If we fall below that for a calendar month due to our infrastructure, Pro/BYOK Pro/Agency subscribers receive a pro-rated service credit on request (capped at 30% of the monthly fee). Upstream third-party outages (Anthropic, DataForSEO, Stripe, etc.) are not included in the SLA but we will always keep you informed at our transparency page.

8. Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection law (such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, where applicable). Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
